RunBuds is over 600 strong! Over the past 8 years, over 600 women have experienced this amazing, inspiring and supportive community of runners, challenged themselves, and achieved personal running and fitness goals.
RunBuds is a true beginner program and we will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over the 10-week program — even if you don’t like to run!
Whether you want to learn how to run, get into shape, train for a goal race, or simply work on running consistently and taking some time out for yourself, RunBuds is for you!
You will benefit from the camaraderie and positive energy and support of your group, meet new walking and running buddies, and learn important tips on stretching, core strengthening, nutrition, training, and more to help you on your journey!
Group will meet Mondays from 6:15-7:45pm.
January 9-March 13, 2017 at Bull City Running Co.
Cost: $105.00. Includes 10-week training program, t-shirt, 10% store discount, and a whole lot of fun!
