Next RunBuds program begins January 11, 2016!
RunBuds is over 500 strong! Over the past 7 years, over 500 women have experienced this amazing, inspiring and supportive community of runners, challenged themselves, and achieved personal running and fitness goals.
RunBuds is a true beginner program and we will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over the 10-week program.
Whether you want to learn how to run, get into shape, train for a goal race, or simply work on running consistently and taking some time out for yourself, RunBuds is for you!
You will benefit from the camaraderie and energy of your group, meet new walking and running buddies, and learn important tips on stretching, core strengthening, nutrition, training, and more!
Group will meet Mondays from 6:15-7:45pm. January 11-March 14, 2016 at Bull City Running Co.
Cost: $100.00. Includes 10-week training program, t-shirt, 10% store discount, and a whole lot of fun!
