RunBuds is over 400 strong! Over the past 6 years, over 400 women have experienced this amazing, supportive community of runners, challenged themselves, and acheived personal running goals.
RunBuds is a true beginner program and we will support you on your path to fitness through a guided walk/run interval program that progresses over the 1o-week program.

Whether you want to learn how to run, get into shape, train for a goal race, or simply work on running consistently and taking some time out for yourself, RunBuds is for you!
You will benefit from the camaraderie and energy of your group, meet new walking and running buddies, and learn important tips on stretching, core strengthening, nutrition, training, and more!

Group will meet Mondays from 6:15-7:45pm. January 12-March 16, 2015.
Cost: $100 for new RunBuds. $75 for alumni. Includes 10-week training program, t-shirt, 10% store discount, and a whole lot of fun!
